Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.

1) Cancellation of COD
You will have the opportunity to cancel your order before the ordered product is sent for delivery. You can email, call or WhatsApp us with your order ID at the time of cancellation. However, once your order has been shipped there will be no cancellations entertained. This will be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.
2) Prepaid Cancellation
Once you have paid online while ordering the product, you cannot cancel your order or receive any refund. However, you can change your order. In that case, you just email, WhatsApp, or call us with your order id. Because an order once shipped cannot be canceled.
