RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange if returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange/Return is not applicable in case of customized products.

  • There is no exchange with another product or color.

  • The process of exchange may take up to 10–15 days to complete.

  • We charge ₹100 extra to return or exchange the product for the return pick-up and redelivery process. It’s on us! We want your experience to be smooth.

7-DAY RETURNS

Customers can raise a return request within 7 days after an order has been delivered by mailing us at yourstallonindiafusion@gmail.com.

Once your return request is verified by our support team, reverse pickup will be initiated from our end.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If you have received a defective product, send us images at yourstallonindiafusion@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team, the refund/exchange will be provided.

Any refund will be processed into your bank account.

Note: Refund to your bank account will take up to 7–10 days.

1) Cancellation of COD

You will have the opportunity to cancel your order before the ordered product is sent for delivery. You can email, call or WhatsApp us with your order ID at the time of cancellation. However, once your order has been shipped there will be no cancellations entertained. This will be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.

2) Prepaid Cancellation

Once you have paid online while ordering the product, you cannot cancel your order or receive any refund. However, you can change your order. In that case, you just email, WhatsApp, or call us with your order id. Because an order once shipped cannot be canceled
